The Model

It's critical that we make the move towards inner guidance

You and Your Life

How many of us run away from ourselves, run away from Life. Who believe that life is about fulfilling all the musts, the shoulds and demands. What if life becomes better when we re-prioritize our lives? Put ourselves first, at least sometimes! What if from today you start listening to your needs, your feelings and your body signals? Start listening to your inner self (your soul, your true self, your essence) and understand how important and lovable you are.

Outer guidance

There are many things in our society that encourage us to run away from ourselves. There are so many musts and shoulds that create stress and in the long run give symptoms. Another thing that creates stress is comparing ourselves to others and thus seeing ourselves as worse or better than others which gives a tension in the body and thereby stress.

Whose needs came first today?
Was it a colleague, your children, your partner, a friend, your parents or someone else's needs? Notice who you prioritize from day to day. There is nothing wrong with helping others, being there for people who are feeling down, supporting and encouraging when our loved ones need it. It is natural that we want to be there! But when it has gotten to the point where we start to have symptoms ourselves, then it may be time to reprioritize.

Inner guidance

Being listening to our inner guidance means we can see ourselves as worthy a good life as we listen to what is important to us. When we feel good, we have energy to give to others. Allowing ourselves to be number 1 in our lives, at least sometimes, changes something inside of us. Test if it's true for you!

When do you feel the best?
Try to remember a time when you felt really good. What made you feel so good? Many people say that nature, music or animals make them feel the best. How is that for you?

Are there times during the day when you feel better?
What does it look like around you then, what is happening or where are you? Try to pinpoint exactly what it is that makes you feel better at that moment.
