Thoughts

Thoughts

We think about 60,000 thoughts every day and many are negative! This makes us feel bad if we don't make ourselves aware of them. It can be about comparing ourselves to others and judging ourselves and others.

The difference between Beliefs and Thoughts is that the latter are easier to change. It's about becoming aware of what the thoughts are by, for example, raising our frequency, having focus and an intention to think about something that strengthens and makes us happy instead of the opposite.

How to change thoughts?

Top blue picture. Here we are completely absorbed in what our thoughts are telling us. The thoughts are our truth.

Middle picture. Here we try to get rid of the thoughts and what happens is that they almost certainly come back. "I can't think about a pink elephant" guarantees that we will think about pink elephants.

Bottom picture. Here we make ourselves aware of what we are thinking about by starting:

Observe/discover/reveal the thoughts

Say stop but don't try to get rid of them

Accept the thoughts exactly as they are, see them as clouds in the sky, which makes you an observer of the thoughts

Take a deep breath while counting to four - hold your breath while counting to four - breathe out while counting to four

Focus on something using your senses such as peeling an orange or describing in detail something you are looking at

Now you can change your thoughts - change your perspective by focusing on what lifts and energizes you

To create new thoughts

When we can accept our negative thoughts and refocus on something neutral, we are one step closer to being able to focus on what is positive and what builds and strengthens.

Examples of strengthening thoughts:

I relax and enjoy what is

I give thanks for everything that is in my life

Everything I need comes to me

Everything works out for the best

I learn from difficulties

Everything that happens is for my highest good
