About Me
From Sandviken to EnköpingI – four months old in the picture – grew up in Sandviken, a working-class community in Sweden. My father ran his own business in the surplus industry, i.e. he bought bankruptcies and resold the goods in his shop. My mother was at home with me and my two younger brothers during preschool and when we got older she worked in the shop where fabrics and sewing accessories were the recurring items.
In the early 1980s I moved to Enköping where my husband and I built a house in the countryside in Litslena-Lundby. There we had the privilege of watching both of our children grow up. Today I feel deep gratitude that my children – and now my grandchildren – live the lives that give them meaning.
From trauma to truth
My mum seldom had physical contact, she was emotionally closed off somehow, like she was living in her own world. I rarely saw her cry or laugh. That made me feel unseen and unheard by her. My father was a pedofile which meant I experienced sexual abuse from 2 years of age and from 10 years I experienced gang rapes by my father and his friends. These experiences as a child left their marks and gave me additional experiences that reinforced the believes and emotional wounds;
You are totally worthless, your body and your money are dirty and disgusting, Everything that happened was your fault. These believes made me say to myself: I'm invisible. I hate myself. I hate money. I have nothing to give to the world. Life is not for me. With these believes came destructive behaviours that offended and wounded people around me.
Thank God my heart guided me forward - into family life with a kind husband and two wonderful children, secretarial work, a psychological education and founding of a dance school. Each of these steps, I now see, was part of a larger picture, a return to my body and alignment with my soul. From trauma to truth, from self-hate to self-love, from fragmentation to embodiment.
From work to vision
With 28 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, I have accompanied more than 3,000 individuals on their inner journeys - each one as unique and sacred as life itself.
In 2007 I founded my own company, driven by a personal longing to uncover the deeper meaning of life and respond to the questions that lived within me. Who am I and why am I here? Two years later I received a powerful inner vision:
A Center for Healing and Expansion
Since then, I have co-created events, courses, writings, workbooks, and videos with others who share that same vision. It contiues to unfold.
From mindfulness to mystery
My spiritual journey began in 2006 through mindfulness practice. What started as a grounding tool became the entry point into deeper wisdom traditions, intuitive guidance and energetic healing.
Along the way I had the blessing of being guided by two deeply influential mentors:
- Maj-Britt Lindahl- teacher of psychology, psychotherapist, and supervisor.
- Monica Ljungberg-Örhn- whose esoteric insight became a turning point.
Since 2022 I work as a spiritual coach and healer - where clinical knowledge and experience meets sacredness and grace. I channel guidance from archangels, star beings, and luminous collective, not to give you answers, but to remind you that you already carry them within you.
My mission
I have walked through many inner landscapes - childhood trauma, silence, motherhood, education, movement, stillness. I have returned to past lives, met my inner wounded child, spoken with beings of light, listened to whispers from Source itself and felt one with my divine child.
Through it all, something has been clarified:
I'm here to remember - and to help you remember who you are and why you are here.
My work is no longer just psychology or healing. It is a living, sacred dialogue — with you at the center. Because you are not here to stay small. You are here to shine the light that you are.
If something in you responds - a guiet yes, a deep resonance - than you are more than welcome!
The door is already open!
